hello,

I have cleaned it with adaware, spybot but still when I start it up, wants to install some eird stuff. I don't have SP2 and I promice that I'll install it after this...

Welcome to Geeks to Go ateh123!

First, I need you to move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible. You can always put a shortcut, from the new location, on your desktop if you wish.

You need to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

hello,

thank you for your reply. SO I tried to install sp1 but it gives me a info that my product key for my windows is not ok... I got this lap on my work , and win was part of it when I got it... it says that I should contact wendor but they are 9 hours time difference away... and I don't also know where did they bought this comp...


What to do?
