Dear whoever this may concern,

i am greatful that you have taken your time to help me.
Ok down to business. I have a problem with downloading my attachments.
I'm currently running a windows 2000. and signed on with Sbc global ISP.
my problem is when i download the attachments to view only (not download to the disk) only viewing, I can't view it. It just asks what would like to do........ A. download attatchemnt to drive or the other which was B. open to view attatchment something like that ( not in order). I called online support and they told me that since this computer is customize for some reason it's missing something that won't let me view it. It's missing some instructions or something.

thank you
Josh

Hi CestLaVie,
does it specify which plug-in you need to download?
If it does, then search for it on google.

And when it does prompt you for a plug-in, does it give you the option to download it directly or to go to the website to get the download?
If it does, then just click the download button thats prompted.

Hope that helps.

Nope it doesn't tell me any thing. It'll have a link saying it to find the plugin for me but it then brings me to another window saying that they can not find the problem.

It is generally a good idea to give us an example of a page where this is occuring, then we can suggest where to get the plug in
