Web is vast resource and information is scattered in a very complicated way. To manage proper record of changes, updates or any amendments I use this Web research software called Keepoint. Thus I have an in total aggregation of search data collected from multiple databases. Now I am able to organize things in a very systematic manner. Got an idea in the blog
