Hello kamukaze and welcome to G2G!

kamukaze please show a little patience, the people on this forum are volunteers, we don't get paid for this and we have our own lives to lead.

Did you uninstall the previous drivers before installing the new ones?
Have you tried updating your other drivers?
Have you tried a BIOS update?

Try running Driver Cleaner to remove the ATI drivers and then install the latest. Sometimes installers leave things behind.

By other drivers I mean, motherboard chipset, sound etc..

You can get BIOS updates from the motherboard manufacturers website or the computer manufacturers website (but that depends on the computer manufacturer, some do some don't).

After installing the newest BF2 patch me and my friend have program crashes too... But the program doesn't even launch into the menu, it immediately crashes back to the desktop... We suspected it was a bad patch
