Problem with properly disoplying windows

Hi,

Have problem with fully displying folders, do I can see all contents on it.

Example:

Attachment (Image 3) - best example of problem. Picture Preview box should be full visible but is not and window cannot be stretch to see all. Also font you see in windows is not one use to be. This ones look bigger.

Can anyone explain me what is problem? Thanks.
