I plan to call IBM today. Other than these files, from what you can tell everything looks "clean"? In other words, if my RUNDLL32.EXE problem continues, are we out of solutions? ;)

My problem may have been solved. I completely uninstalled Norton Antivirus and ever since I have yet to have the RUNDLL32.EXE problem. ;)

I'll need to find a new antivirus program now. Any suggestions?
