I plan to call IBM today. Other than these files, from what you can tell everything looks "clean"? In other words, if my RUNDLL32.EXE problem continues, are we out of solutions?

My problem may have been solved. I completely uninstalled Norton Antivirus and ever since I have yet to have the RUNDLL32.EXE problem.

I'll need to find a new antivirus program now. Any suggestions?
