My PC Won't Let Me Download RealPlayer

I'm trying to download RealPlayer. When I do, I receive a message that says

Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

I always have Windows Firewall turned off and I use Sygate Firewall. I turned Sygate Firewall off in case it was stopping the download, and I went into Internet Options and unchecked all boxes that would stop a download but I continue to receive the same message. I immediately turned Sygate back on and checked the boxes in Internet Options.

What do I need to do so that I can download RealPlayer?
