Video conference
I am a home user ,i would like a program for free that enables me to conference, chat ,etc
so that i can communicate with my family and friends.
But i dont want a program that has all the spywares etc,
anybody no any good free programs

Netmeeting enables you to have Video conferences with others. Skype is capable of chat and voice chat as well as call conference. Video Conference is not yet available on Skype, only on vSkype beta version.

Altough it isn't specifically mentioned in the System Requirements for NetMeeting, Windows XP full installation includes NetMeeting, you just have to enable it.

By the way, by saying "Video conference" you mean video conversation with more than 2 people?
