XBox Live NAT Strict

Alright... so... I was playing Ghost Recon on XBox Live on my 360 the other day. My brother comes in and goes "Oh, I wanna play, let me get my Live going". So he goes to his 360, which is plugged straight into the router mind you (And mine's plugged into a HUB which goes to the router), and all the connections work 'cept for the NAT one and it says "STRICT"... What the...... what is this? I've searched, and all the mumbo jumbo might as well be in a forgein language. Someone help? Please?
