When I have created a document in Word 2000 and move my mouse over the document icon, as well as seeing info about file size etc, it shows me the Title. This Title is the first line of text that was written in the document, even if it has since been deleted.

I send out a lot of Word docs for my job, and I don't want my preliminary notes appearing as the document's Title!

I can remove it by highlighting the document icon, selecting Properties, then Summary, then deleting the Title text. But how can I stop it creating the Title in the first place?
