I have a 1.5mb connection. Though when i look at web sites that can tell me my actual speed i seem to be getting a result of around the 400kb/s mark. Are the web sites wrong or is my speed actually slower then its supposed to be. The sites u used were:

Internet speed depends on your provider, the network traffic and the what your hardware will support. Do you have cable, dsl or ?? Who told you that your speed was supposed to be 1.5Mb?
