PC Slow on Booting up & Shutdown

Hai there....

I have monitor this forum for the long time and learn much from its too. Thanks for tips and everything I get from this forum.

I have problem with my PC, it's very slow when Boot Up (Switch On) and Shutdown. Sometime I get error message cannot save to memory or send error to Microsoft. This happen when I start Update Symantec Antivirus & Zone Alarm when new updates is ready.

I have download HijackThis but I did not do anything yet until I get guide or advise from any sifu's here.
