According to 2 threads I've found, this error messege appears due to security update KB891711. To get read of the error messege, you should remove it from the startup tab in msconfig. You can get there by clicking Start-->Run writing Msconfig and clicking enter. From the Startup tab, uncheck the box near Kb891711.exe.
