I've just had my PC crash on me, just bombed out and tried to reboot while i was working on it. It's got 2 160gb sata drives running in raid 0. in the sata raid bios it shows the drives and names the array as array 0 and gives them the status as boot devices. but in the main bios, it's not seeing the drives. I've a feeling one of the drives might have failed (i mounted both drives individually in another sata xp machine - it saw one (but wanted to format it) and couldn't see the other.

any thoughts please? :whistling:

try going to the company's website and see if they have a diagnostics tool for checking the disks....also try just having ONE drive in the machine at a time...does it detect the "bad" one?
