Hi

wonder if someone can assist me in helping a colleague; he runs xp home with Mircosoft Outlook 2003.

Now he had problems with collecting & sending emails, so was told to reinstall his cd....(not me) since doing this he has lost all his addresses & saved emails.....

I have tried to use XP restore with no results

Can anyone tell us how we find his address book and saved emails and reinstall them on his now "new" version of Outlook 2003.

ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE GREATFUL

Cheers

Tricky & Les ! :whistling: :help: :) :)

Outlook keeps it's data in two places:

C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

and

C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Check there to see if that helps.
