I got Norton virus alert: 'c/winnt/system32/nnnmm.dll' is infected by download.trojan virus. The alert is on the screen all the time because the virus is working whenever the computer is on. Can not repair, quarantine, and delete the file. When I am trying to delete it, the computer pops up the message that the file is being used by the computer. When I want to unblock the file so that I can delete it, the computer will shut down and restart.

I really need your help.

Thanks a lot!
