Hi,
I have a problem with MSN Messenger windows live beta version which is having conflicts with Norton antivirus 2004 professional.
Norton makes messenger freeze and takes a while to log in.
This is the window I get when loggin in: Norton is checking for virus for contactcoll.cache
The pop up windows that show contacts that are online once it connects are not smooth....kind of freeze.
Messenger is extremely slow!!
When I disable norton it works fine.
I have Norton Antivirus Professional 2004 and windows firewall.
Is there a way to allow messenger in Norton, or how can I solve the problem?
I could not solve the problem through MSN or Norton.
Please Help.
