I ugraded to Xp Pro and ever since i keep getting this pop AdultFriend Finder and a German Poker site pop up when i log onto internet explorer? I've used spybot and adware and i have no viruses any ideas?

Looks like you have malware.
You need to read this and do all the steps:

If you are still having problems, then you need to post a Hijack this log in the malware forums.

spybot is just one of the great programs out there,
please follow my instructions below,
Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
