When I bought my computer the trial version of NPF came with the option to install. I tried to install by opening the .exe file to the program. It ran forever then eventually stopped responding. I closed it down and tried to do it again later and the .exe file was gone. I ran a search and all other files but the one to install are listed. Contacted Compaq Support and they said that I had to renew the subscription (which I have never used and has yet to reach its ending point of May 5, 2004) I renewed the subscription last nite and was given an order confirmation email with an order number. Tried to search for the order and it says it does not exist, however, my credit card has been billed. I tried to use their support but cannot find anything even similar to my problem. Any help would be appreciated.
