Windows live messenger (msn) problem

hi today earlier i was online on msn, then o logged of for like an hour and then i tried to go back on and i could'nt it comes up with an error message wich says:
Signing in to Windows Live messenger BETA 8.0 failed because because the service is temporarily unavailable
please try again later.

Error code: 80004005

it also comes with the troubleshoot option i cheked the internet connection, firewall, and the router. i tried all ready the troubleshoot i still not able to log on.
i also tried on another pc and it works. i just want to know why is not working on my pc
