Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

In addition to ditto's suggestion, reboot in safe mode by tapping the F8 button on the first bootup screen. Make sure you are able to see hidden files. To do this:

1. Open "My Computer"
2. Go to "Tools", then "Folder Options"
3. From there, click the "View" tab at the top
4. Toward the botton there should be a little picture of a folder with the words "Hidden Files and Folders"
5. Right under that, choose "Show Hidden Files and Folder", and click "OK"

Browse to and delete the following:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe <-- This File
C:\WINDOWS\jyjknep.exe <-- This File
C:\WINDOWS\zspqr.exe <-- This File
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsinttr.exe <-- This File

Also, fix the following using HiJackThis:

O16 - DPF: {9E1089BC-1AE8-4685-8D77-6721E5C318A8} - http://217.73.66.16/comload.dll
O16 - DPF: {AD7FAFB0-16D6-40C3-AF27-585D6E6453FD} - http://217.73.66.1/m...NY/220592__.exe

When done, reboot and post a new log. <_<

I have deleted all the items from the HighjackThis log.

I am in the safe mode and doing fine until the "browse" part of finding the bad files. I see no browse button. What do you mean?

I'm sorry <_<. "Browse" means going through "My Computer" and its folders until you get to the files I told you to delete. So sorry.

OK How do you open that little folder that is there. I tried and right clicked to see if I could open. All it said was "what's this?"

How do I see the "hidden folders" to browse them?

You're in the right place <_<. The line under that little folder should say "Show Hidden Files and Folders". Just choose that option and hit "OK". Now you will be able to find those files to delete them :D.

Those files are still there. Did you delete them?

Which files are you referring to? I deleted three of the four extra files, but couldn't find them in my recycle bin.

What are my options here?

These entries are randomonly named malware:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jyjknep] C:\WINDOWS\jyjknep.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [zspqr] C:\WINDOWS\zspqr.exe

This is a known baddie:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WNSC] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsinttr.exe

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files if found:
C:\WINDOWS\jyjknep.exe <- this file
C:\WINDOWS\zspqr.exe <- this file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsinttr.exe <- this file

Fix the entries above using Hijack This.

When finished reboot and paste a fresh log <_<

Looks good. <_<

Unkown 016's should always be fixed. If they're required you'll simply be prompted to install the next time visiting that site.
