Graphics Lagg!

As most of you probably know I have a X700 Pro AGP. Firstly I have got higher frame rate out of it :whistling:

but the past couple of days ive been getting graphics lagg on everygame and on benchmarks. Anyone know what can cause this or what is causing this.
