I installed some faulty software, and im in the malware forum seeing if that will help. but it may be something i can get some help with over here. I did run through the entire setup BEFORE the hijackthis, so i probably cleared a few viruses, but now im stuck with no sound, no usb, no other stuff, and nothing in my device manager. completely empty.

Any ideas?
