Hey guys, I just bought a 300 gb WD sata hard drive but can't get it to work. I know I need to format it but it isn't showing up next to my other hdd. I can see it in the device manager, but it says in is not initialized. How can I initialize the drive? I'm really stuck so any help would be appreciated.

Go to start, my computer right click manage, disk management. If you see the drive there, right click and select format.
