I used to be able to fix that problem by going to https://www.nexopia.com, but that recently stoped working for me. Does anybody know how to fix the (104) problem. Thank you in Advance

According to their home page, they have been making a few changes. Possibly you hit the site at a time when these changes were made. I jusy tried your link and had no problems. Even the link https://www.nexopia.com/ worked.

Have you tried lately or are you still having problems?
