Hi. I have a user who has started receivng an error when he tries to archive any email. The error simply reads "Operation Failed", no reason as to why it failed or what part of it failed. The limit on his archive folder had been reached, so I created a new one for him. The error occurs on either folder he tries to archive to. If he drags items to the archive, the error doesn't always show up, it is sporadic. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Thanks, but we're not trying to back the data up, just archive it. He needs to have it readily available to view in an archive folder.
