Ok, for some reason when I try to play/rip a cd (that I bought) WMP won't display the album info. The spot in the bottom right corner flashes a couple times like it is looking, but never shows it. So I tried clicking the "find album info" link, which took me to a page displaying the album info. It said "click finish to update", but it never did. This is just a big annoyance since I like things organized and it is hard to tell what is what when every Stored CD is "Unknown Album".

Thanks.

You must be connected to the internet in order for any media player to get the information for the CD. Hope that this helps.

Well, I am connected to the internet though... I am always connected to the internet via broadband cable. It still doesn't find the info though.
