hello all on the desktop of my friends computer this wierd file has appeared called "CIAZSH6F." it says it's 0bytes big but i cant delete it. when you try it says "cannot delete file: cannot read from the sourse file or disk."

i dont think it's malware...but i cant get rid of it any ideas?

it's running windows xp home edition sp2 if that makes any difference

Hey there IshmaelVignsten, since Chooman is not on-line. Maybe I can be of assistance.

Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Let me know if you managed to delete the file. Cool
