Hello,

My girlfriend is having problems with her computer. When you turn it on, everything loads fine, but when the desktop starts to load, only the background shows up, then nothing.

I press the power button, restart, and it loads fine, but with and error, "error loading C:\winnt\bxxs5.dll"

when i hit ok, the computer works fine, but won't connect to the internet. Upon another restart the desktop doesn't load again.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
