Hi. Can someone please help me!!!???

Did you reinstall the drivers you were using for the LAN? Check device manager for any yellow " ! "s. You may have to install drivers from the install CDs/floppys for the devices you were previously using before formatting. Once all works, you can just update those from online. What kind of LAN are you using?

Do you have SP2 fully installed by now?

Please do not expect a quick reply to your posts as the guys that really know PCs, etc. , are extremely busy and they will get to you. Sometimes I ask the right questions and even get something right. :whistling:

Thanks for reply. I am using DSL from SBC. NO SP1 or 2 istalled coz I do not get long enough viable conection to istall any updates. I do get conection but only for a minute or so. And it freezes only when I turn on IE. But let me try reinstalling drivers anyway.
Thanks.
If anyone else can drop some more ideas I'd appreciate it.

Just out of curiousity, try using another browser like Firefox and see if samething happens. I don't think this is the solution, but worth a try.
