Error message while trying to download game

Trying to download game for hubby from CD to make it easier for him to play, message comes up saying VBUN200.DLL file not found. Can someone please tell me where I can download same please. I am running Windows XP but have had new motherboard put into computer today Judy

Check with Microsoft Update for .net framework, if you need to install this, there is a service pack and then a hotfix for it

If that does not help

Microsoft Visual Basic is the next thing to check for / install
