[I]internet connections are erractic--and my firewall is not as reliable as it was.[2]firewall has indicated there is a trojan and none of my virus checkers has found it.[3]many files are corrupted and some programs no longer function.[4]alert that my AD-PROTECT v 6.0 has a corrupt skin file, therefore not usable.[5]internet explorer has been erractic and i have just re-installed it just to get back on line because mozillafirefox will not open--virus i guess.
[6]many times i try to get into a page and i am given the--this page can not be opened--or--i am not aurtherized to view this page.[7]since beginning of this year only AD-PROTECT has been finding virus's and malware's until this month and was corrupted skin file warnings show up.[8]yahoo messenger has a funny looking image at bottom task bar as though it is a devil looking face and it will close out on its own sometimes.[9] i feel there are alot of files in windows of ( C ) drivethat are put there by that trojan---or virus's.[10]i had lost all games that dell installed with puter two weeks ago and i just got them back monday this week--not sure why or how.

thank you for your help in this matter.
