No matter what program i am using, when i go to "HELP" and click index, topic, or whatever i get this message in the right pane where the info should appear.

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Does anybody know what's up ???

If you have IE7 Beta installed, it may be the cause of the problem. Otherwise, check this:

... Open My Computer,Tools,Folder Options, File Types and scroll down to "CHM." It should say "Compiled HTML Help File." In the "Details" box it should show: "Opens with Microsoft Help Exe."
Do you have all of that?
