I have tried every thing to get rid of this frame.crazywinnings.com. Nothing works, does any one know how to get rid of this?

Here is my Hihackthis log....please help me to finally (after 3 weeks of trying) clean up my computer! Thanks in advance for your help!

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Download: http://www.mvps.org/.../DelDomains.inf
To use: right-click and select: Install (no need to restart)
Note: This will remove all entries in the "Trusted Zone" and "Ranges" also.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
