I have tried to remove this using: spybod s&d, spysweep, PC-CILIN, Macfi, Microsoft spyware removal Beta 1, etc.... It does not work! Some of those utilities remove it but guess what? its back after less than a few seconds. :tazz: please find the log.

Hi eitanj and welcome,
We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot,

Next,
Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT,
Move Hjt into this folder please,
Post back a fresh log please
