I'm in the process of building a new computer with an Asus A8R32-MVP deluxe MB and an Thermaltake Armour Jr. case. Can not figure out how to hook up front panel audio. Front panel audio on MB is a 10-1 pin AAFP. Cable on the Armour jr. is labeled ( Return R, Return L, Ear R, Ear L, Mic In, Mic VCC, Ground). The Mb is listed as Legacy AC'97 with pins labeled ( Mic L, Mic R, AGND, NC, NC, Line out R, Line Out L, NC, NC).It also is listed as Azalia compliant definition with a pin labeling of (Port1 L, Port1 R, Port2 R, Sense_Send, Port2 L, GND, Presense, Sense1_Return, Sense2_Return).Does anybody know how to match up the MB and case to get the front panel audio to work? TIA!

Hi wwillie

I'm fairly sure this is correct :

CASE-------MBOARD

RET R------SENSE1_RETURN
RET L------SENSE2_RETURN
EAR R------PORT2 R
EAR L------PORT2 L
MIC IN-----PORT1 L
MIC VCC--PORT1 R
GND--------GND
