Hi, i have 2 gigs of 533mhz pc-4200 corsair memory, but a program CPU-Z (used for identifying pc specs) says the frequency is only 266mhz. Is this normal? Also my 3.4ghz intel processor is said to have a frequency of only 2800mhz.

Sounds like the multiplier in the BIOS is set incorrectly. 266x2=533 should be able to set the multiplier up several times to get the correct setting.
