my system shuts down

i got this thing i dont know if its a virus worm or something like that .. it gives me 1 min n then it will shutdown the comp .. making me loose everything i was working on ... i lost many downloads.. anyway i need to get rid of it or at least stop it ... if any1 can help me plz :whistling:

This can be the result of a virus or can be the result of a more serious problem with Windows.

Best thing to do is post in the Malware forum first.
