I just bought a dell 3000 in dec. it has xp home edition on it. I defrag weekly, use disk cleanup weekly, have 93% free space on hard drive. I have run antivirus, norton, over and over with no virus, but my web pages load so slowly I could scream. I had a gateway ME that was a nightmare and this computer sometimes loads just as slowly. Aol has a brower fixer that when I click on that it usually runs pretty well for a day or two or less. Is this a computer problem or aol? Why would I have to use this browser fixer that rebuilds my aol adapter all the time? Is there something else I should be doing besides defrag, virus scans and disk clean up, cant seem to find scan disk, it must be somewhere but dont know where. What do you think the problem is? Help.........Kayona
