ViewSonic A90f+ Blanking out

I have had a great deal of problems with this issue. Most of the day I am playing or surfing the net and bam it blanks out. I do know when it is coming cause it freezes my comp a sec before it happens. The monitor light will stay green during this and the video card temp is a cool 57 degrees. I did also up date the monitor drivers to see if that would fix it. That failed so now here I am.

System specs
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
1024 3200 333 DDR Megabytes Installed Memory
NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT OC
ViewSonic A90f+
MSI board forgot the name of it.
SONY DVD RW DRU-710A
Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS
Antec 550W true power supply
