I want to add a different search provider to the default search engine list. It tells me to run a script like: .www.window.external.AddSearchProvider("URL")

im assuming the URL is my search engine adress.

I do not understand where to run or how to run this script, can anyone help?

cheers..

that script is to allow you to put the same kinds of links as on the ms page (http://www.microsoft...fault_new.mspx#) to your website...thereby allowing someone to add a search engine to their browser....is your search provider not listed on the website shown above?

Ok cool.

It is not my own website its just another search provider database for a computer game i play.
I always use it so i wanted to put it as a default search provider.

Its www.thottbot.com

And it is not listed on the ms page i wouldnt expect it to be. Is it possible to add this to my search engine list?
