Outlook 2003 Crash

I am getting a Visual Basic C++ runtime error when clicking on either an e-mail or calendar. I recently upgraded from Windows Office XP to 2003 in order to resolve the problem, but it persists. I have a delegate to my e-mail account and have access to a shared calender.

This error causes the entire program to crash. Clicking Ok, closes Outlook abruptly.
