I downloaded Kazaa (really really dumb! i know!) and not only can I not uninstall Kazaa, but now I have the associated junk that pops up. I searched on this forum for a way to get rid of kazaa (using the regedit command) but I can't get rid of the program called, "The Best Offers" that supposedily sponsors kazaa. I tried going in the add/removes programs but I can't uninstall "the Best Offers" since I have to uninstall Kazaa first, and I can't uninstall Kazaa in the add/remove programs, even though I deleted it from the regedit command. This pop up from the Best Offers is really annoying, and i would love to know how to get rid of it. I'm running on windows XP. Thanks in advance! :whistling:

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
