Hi! I know nothing about computers BUT I have Win 98 on my system. It was working fine until today when I turned it on. It takes forever to boot up then I get a green screen with my normal icons which quickly turns into a blue screen with the following: A fatal exception OE has occurred at 167:DFF9FFFF. I have been reading other posts and cannot find a similar occurrance that anyone has reported. I also noted your suggestion for running Hijack this but I don't know how to get around the fatal error to be able to download Hijack this. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated especially since this computer is my business.

Thanks! :tazz:
