can any one help please?
-getting error messages when launch and close MSword in MS
office prof97 :-> Micrsoft visual basic: compile error in
hidden module: autoexec.
-when launch MS excel in MS office prof97:-> microsoft
visual basic: compile error in hidden module: autoexecnew
when closing down Excel :-> microsft visual basic: compile
error in hidden module: distmon

Also, lost my Broadband connection:->at launch, get error message-> Application error: could not find or create alcatel speedtouch connection entry.

I have a similar problem as hgupta in that I get an Application Error: could not create entry ("" + Speedtouch Connection +"") on trying to acces my Speedtouch connection. I also believe it is causing my PC to 'lock up' periodically. Pls help. My HijackThis log file is shown below;
