Firewall Problem

Hi, I have set a second computer up with the same firewall and antivirus programs as my primary computer but I am having trouble receiving mail on the second computer. The firewall I am using is a McAfee and the antivirus program is the free AVG set to check incoming and outgoing mail. The mail account is set up correctly. I know this as when I turn off the firewall I receive the mail but when it is on it comes up with: Server response 'Err AVG Pop3 Proxy Server'. I have checked the firewall rules for Outlook Express which is used and made sure they are the same on both systems. Could it be another rule that is preventing download either from the AVG program or adaptor settings? OE, AVG & McAfee are 'allowed' in the Windows firewall settings (XPpro), what am I missing? :tazz:
