My Wireless Card is DEAD!

My bungling brother knocked my laptop the other day and it fell on its side.
Since then the wireless card has not shown any lights on - albeit the computer makes a sound that recognises when its inserted.
Does this spell the end of the card and a new one beckons or - is there some trickery that will bring life where now there is only death!:whistling:

Would be grateful for any help!

many thanks.

Hi. That would be my guess. If the card is properly seated into the computer and does not work, I suspect it bit the dust when it crashed to the floor. Hopefully, the card was the only thing that was damaged. Try replacing it.
