Hi,

I cant seem to shutdown or restart windows. I have done all the spyware and adware scans with no luck. Any suggestions?

What exactly does the machine do when you attempt to shutdown.

What does it do when you try to restart?

The more information we have, the easier this will be to troubleshoot.
