I mean it, the praise is well deserved. I didn't know before today that I could leave feedback here; a few months ago a number of your great people helped me with a nasty problem (well, nasty for me!) on my home PC, and I am so grateful for the help they gave. I knew exactly where to turn when I experienced trouble on a computer at work, and in an hour os so, it was all resolved, thanks to GeeksToGo.

Oh yes, I know Kankakee. My mother had family in Bourbonnais and Bradley, so we visited the area quite a bit when I was a child (that was a long time ago!).
