I have been able to check the set-up on the Mac and turn on router security using information at http://homepage.mac....s_setup_x2.html. This post cleared up. Thanks.

I have setup instructions for a PC not Apple. Network has one PC(hardwired) and one Mac(wireless). :whistling:
